Our Air Handling Units have a rigid framework design that provides inherent strength and stability. The aluminum profiles are corrosion-resistant and include specifically engineered three-way corners. The panels are pressure injected with CFC-free polyurethane foam at thicknesses of as high as 40 kg/cum. The entire framework rests on a galvanized steel channel base. The condensate drain pan is made of corrosion-resistant SS-304 stainless steel and insulated on the outside with close-cell insulation.

Filters, cooling coils, and segments with imported centrifugal fans make up the basic assembly. On request, extension additional components with elements like air mixing chambers, humidifiers, face and pass dampers, heating wires, and thermal barrier and protected profiles are also available. It is also possible to create units with direct drive plug fans.
